Plug Power monetizes grid capacity to Stream Data Centers in a $275 million-plus liquidity plan

Plug Power announced two transactions with Stream Data Centers intended to produce more than $80 million of near-term liquidity and contribute to a broader $275 million-plus liquidity initiative. Plug agreed to sell its Graham, Texas project—including land and 164 MW of grid-interconnection assets—for up to $76.5 million; releasing associated collateral could lift total Texas liquidity to approximately $90.5 million. The parties also restructured a New York Gateway transaction carrying a fixed $142 million purchase price.
