Velocity Raises $38 Million to Build Stablecoin Treasury Rails for Enterprises

London-based Velocity closed a $38 million Series A led by Dragonfly and FirstMark, with participation from Capital One Ventures, QED Investors, Activant Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Wintermute Ventures and Ripple. The company connects stablecoin settlement with local banking, compliance, custody and liquidity systems. It says the round brings total capital raised since May 2025 to nearly $50 million; the valuation was not disclosed. Capital will support licensing expansion into Africa and Latin America, custody infrastructure and additional treasury products.
