Spectro Cloud raises more than $100M to build the management layer above AI chips and data centers

Spectro Cloud announced an oversubscribed Series D of more than $100 million led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with participation from AMD Ventures, Ericsson, LG Technology Ventures and Maximus. The round brings total capital raised to $260 million and is intended to expand software for operating heterogeneous GPU clusters, AI factories, neoclouds and sovereign-cloud infrastructure.
