Brazil’s CVM gives tokenized-securities task force 60 days to propose an experimental regime

Brazil’s securities regulator, the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários, created a 14-department working group covering the registration, custody, trading and settlement of securities on distributed-ledger infrastructure. Its first deliverable is an experimental regulatory proposal due within 60 days; the broader review runs for 120 days and can be extended by 30 days.
